Window Cleaning
Our window cleaning services are frequently utilized by most of our customers. We don't just clean the glass, we also scrub down the frames, tracks, sills, and wipe down the screens as every component of your window is very important, and it's our priority to ensure that everything looks excellent! We have a water-fed system for harder for those harder to reach windows and also use traditional methods to clean as well!
Soft Washing
We use chemical to kill and remove all organic growth on vinyl/brick/painted wood siding instead of high pressure to prevent damage and leave lasting results and extend the life span of the siding of your home! We use a mild mix for vinyl to prevent discoloration and a stronger mix for brick. We make sure to rinse the surrounding foliage before, during, and after the application of the chemical to ensure that your plants and the grass surrounding your home isn't affected by the bleach used to clean your siding!
Pressure Washing
We at Lowder Exterior Cleaning also offer pressure washing services for concrete and also for brick steps, we have a variety of tools including a 16 inch surface cleaner to clean concrete driveways and multiple tips to thoroughly clean surfaces that we can't clean with a surface cleaner all with varying amounts of pressure for surfaces like wood, concrete, and brick. All concrete surfaces are post-treated at no extra expense to the customer, which prevents organics from growing on the concrete for an extended period of time, ensuring that your money is well spent on a clean that will last!
